Description: Today, June 12, 2025, Air India flight A171  a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner  crashed just hours ago, minutes after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport. The flight was bound for London and had 230 passengers and 12 crew members on board.

The plane crashed into a NJ Medical College building in the Meghani Nagar neighborhood, causing a large explosion in a residential area.

Authorities have confirmed one survivor: British national Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, a passenger in seat 11A, who was injured and taken to a local hospital.

So far, more than 250 deaths have been reported, including victims on the ground, such as students and local residents.

Experts reviewing the footage have revealed irregularities in the landing gear, and several countries are joining the investigation.

Air India, owned by the Tata Group, has set up support centers for the victims' families, while the Indian and British governments have expressed their condolences. Immediate action is expected.
